- 3. By using Probix compound interest you confirm that completely read and understand how the system calculates the profit of each stacking program.
- 3. All features or services offered on or through the Site require you to open an account (including setting up an ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You may not use anyone else’s Probix ID, password, or account at any time. Probix cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
- 4. By holding the product until its maturity date, the user’s investment capital and relevant interest will be paid to the user in one allotment after the maturity date of the product.
- 5. The user’s investment capital and income will be transferred into the user’s provided wallet within 1 business day after the maturity date of the product.
- 6. No due date is set for products defined as a one-year permanent. After the user submits a redemption request, the system will calculate the processing time regarding the redemption of the relevant product based on the redemption period of the product. The day that the user submits for redemption will not be counted as the processing time of redemption.
- 7. There will be no interest(s) credited to you during the redemption period.
- 8. Redemption request before 90 days is the termination of the contract and it causes the referral marketing interest paid to your referrer to be considered as a penalty and will be deducted from the total amount. The rest will be paid to you without interest.
- 9. Redemption after 90 days but less than 365 days will cause the deduction of compound interest from paid interest and you will only earn the monthly interest.
- 9. Each package is calculated independently. The user must redeem each one separately as well.
- 10. Since Probix is a blockchain-based and decentralized platform, it’s considered a risk-free investment. In addition, once an investment plan is registered, the allocated interest will be locked-up till the redemption date.

- 12. You will receive your interest(s) in the type of BIXBCOIN which is in accordance with the investment plan(s) and the type of token that you purchased. Please pay attention that plans are only calculated based on the numerical amount of token, not the token price in USD at registering date.
- 13. Probix is not responsible in case of any increase or decrease in BIXBCoin price in USD. Also, it's not possible to exchange BIXBCoin to USDT or any other pairs in the Probix platform.
